When I finish my VIDE Chemo (The horrible stuff), I then go onto a new combination of chemo (for me anyway). I move onto a three drug policy rather than 4. We actually drop the Doxorubicin and Etoposide, and have a drug called Actinomycin D instead. Also we get to choose between the Ifosfamide and another drug called Cyclophosphamide. Lots of choices !! The Ifosfamide is a drug that can damage to my kidneys and I think Mum and Dad will want to use the Cyclo-one. Still - this chemos are only 2 1/2 days - NOT the 4 long boring ones as before...so lets 'get it on!' See ya ! Love M. X. |
